Fraser Elite has moved into a new office in Inverness, giving our growing team more space to support learners, deliver training and continue developing our services.

The move comes at an exciting time for Fraser Elite, with demand continuing to grow and more people looking to develop their skills and careers within the care sector.

More space for care training in Inverness

One of the biggest benefits of our new premises is the additional space available for training.

The office now includes two dedicated training rooms alongside a larger meeting room, significantly increasing the number of courses and learners we can accommodate.

For the Fraser Elite Training Centre, this means we can run two courses at the same time and provide greater flexibility when organising SVQs, professional qualifications and practical care training.

Whether someone is taking their first steps into the care sector or building on their existing experience, having more training space allows us to create more opportunities for people to learn, develop and progress.

Supporting careers in care

The move is also part of a wider period of growth for Fraser Elite.

We know that care offers much more than simply a job. There are opportunities to gain recognised qualifications, develop specialist skills and progress into roles with greater responsibility.

Creating a larger base for training gives us more scope to support people throughout that journey, while continuing to work closely with care providers and employers across Inverness and the Highlands.

Our new office also gives people a more accessible place to come and speak to the team, whether they are interested in training, considering a career in care or looking for support from Fraser Elite.

A new chapter for Fraser Elite

There is still more to come as we settle into the new premises, but the move gives us the space and flexibility we need for the next stage of Fraser Elite’s development.

For our team, our learners and the organisations we work with, it means more capacity for training, more opportunities for development and a stronger base from which to continue supporting the care sector across the Highlands.
