Many thanks for looking after my mother, Margaret, for a year and a half, before she had to go into a care home. Very helpful and kind service. Special thanks to Marcia who dealt with all the admin and to Lorren who was the main carer. It was great to know that mum was so well looked after.

Fraser Elite have been providing care services for my mum for the last 18 months and are professional, compassionate and completely reliable. The care staff go above and beyond what they are contracted to do and my mum looks forward hugely to their visits each day. This high level of care gives my family complete confidence my mum is receiving the best home care possible in the area, allowing her to remain at home, comfortable in her familiar surroundings whilst being extremely well looked after.

Excellent Care company, I can and do recommend this business for home care. They are the most professional company I have ever used, they are easy to communicate with and most importantly they are reliable. They seem to have the ability to find lovely staff who are doing the job for the right reasons. I wish they would start doing live in care. As there is a shortage of that service here. Fraser Elite provide care and companionship for my mum who has Alzheimer’s. Since we have been using them we have received as much help as possible and the team have gone beyond trying to accommodate our requests to keep my mum in a routine . The team always arrive in uniform and the ladies my mum has Anna, Catherine, Linda, Lesley and Margarita have all been amazing with mum. They entertain her and good at keeping her occupied .
