Join a team where care isn’t rushed.
Fraser Elite is growing its team of Home Care Assistants, offering competitive hourly rates from £14.00–£14.50 per hour.
Unlike many NHS‑funded services where 15‑minute visits are the norm, every Fraser Elite visit is a minimum of one full hour. That means no rushing, no cutting corners — just the time and space to deliver genuine, relationship‑centred care. If you want to work in a role where quality matters more than speed, you’ll feel right at home with us.
Our team is our greatest asset. We invest heavily in training, support, and fair pay because when our staff feel valued, our clients feel it too.
Available Hours
Variable Monday to Friday, between 08.00-17.00
About the Role
Fraser Elite is a family‑run private care company based in Inverness. We provide holistic, person‑centred home care that supports dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Because our visits are never shorter than an hour, you’ll have the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver care properly — not race through a checklist.
Duties may include:
Personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and companionship.
If you’re looking for a rewarding care role that offers more than a faceless agency ever could, Fraser Elite is the place to grow. Our employees are our priority — their dedication is what allows us to deliver exceptional care.
